This former local office, located in Paris’s 8th district was entirely redesigned and renovated to become a luxurious Haussmann Style Apartment. To breathe new life into this 180 m2 space, initially austere, the interior designer Benny Benlolo has been inspired by the Neoclassic style, in total line with the Haussmann Style Apartment’s background.
It was a matter of injecting a new life into this interior, revisiting and enhancing its classic roots. Expert in architecture of the Haussmann period, Benny Benlolo created a luminous apartment combining a sophisticated and seamless design.
The work concerned the entire property. Each space was designed to break with the office’s antiquated aspect. New rooms were created as the gallery and the entrance hall. In order to resuscitate the classic style of this Parisian Apartment, every single door, moldings, and ornaments were designed upon request by Benny Benlolo. Only top-end and noble materials– Biancone marble and a high-end wooden floor from Hungary – were used for the property’s renovation.
