Luxurious and contemporary Haussmannian interior architecture in Paris.

This Parisian Haussmannian apartment, untouched since the 1950s and formerly owned by an old family, originally offered a dark and dated atmosphere.

The interior architecture work began with a complete strip-out, allowing for a total redesign of the spatial layout. The apartment was reimagined into two distinct zones: a reception area and a private night space, optimizing both circulation and functionality.

This new composition elevated the kitchen, now fully integrated into the living space, resulting in a triple reception area facing the street. At the rear of the apartment, a true master suite was created—conceived as a small apartment within the apartment.

Meticulous attention was paid to the decorative features, allowing for the recreation of an atmosphere that not only remained faithful to the original artistic intent but even surpassed it.

From this refined foundation, surprising decorative elements were introduced: • A stained glass window at the entrance,
• A broken marble totem,
• A selection of lighting and furniture pieces chosen to create an eclectic harmony.

The overall goal was to elevate Haussmannian elegance by pairing it with discreetly integrated technology, resulting in a space that is at once sophisticated, timeless, and unique.
